Processing time
Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During sale periods or holidays, processing may take longer.
Shipping time and cost

- Estimated delivery is typically 7-15 business days for international orders, depending on your country and customs.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your parcel on our parcel tracking page.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total unless stated otherwise.
Undeliverable or delayed packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
